Healthcare AI Website Experience

Led the newly formed enterprise AI team to define and align on their vision and strategy for a new digital experience, manifested in the design of an AI platform website that aims to communicate the Healthcare AI team’ s perspective, narrative, and impact in the AI space to both internal and external audiences.
Methodology
Listening sessions, executive leadership insights presentations, strategic sprint sessions for vision alignment, target audience and brand definition, prioritized key features and capabilities and high level information architecture. Developed user flows for persona, high fidelity designs for the website and design brief document for the product teams.
Client Outcomes
The website experience will establish the healthcare company as a technology leader in the AI space, create community, promote collaboration, attract partnerships and talent, build trust with physicians, and help bring awareness on what the future holds for addressing challenges related to care.
UI Design for Health AI Tool

The AI tool enables the enterprise healthcare economics team to more efficiently and accurately provide cost-savings health intervention opportunities to the businesses for their at-risk populations, ultimately improving healthcare outcomes as well as reducing the total cost of care.
Partnered with healthcare AI team to create a compelling visual value story for the AI tool by defining key moments across the healthcare economist team's user experience in order to build trust with healthcare economist partners.
Methodology
Conducted live storyboarding sessions with client teams to understand user flows, identify key features and capabilities for the tool. Created mid-fidelity UI screens for the tool and a written value story of the entire user journey.

More trusted and accurate intervention recommendations will enable the enterprise businesses in value-based arrangements to save money and help their at-risk populations live healthier lives.
